Yes, our scarves are double-sided and can be designed differently on each side or the same without impacting cost.
Can I design my own scarf?
Sure! Just ask your Ruffneck representative for our template. This will ensure your scarf is designed to our specifications.
How many colours can I use in my scarf/toque design?
- Our knit scarves allow for 5 yarn colours (including black and white) in the body of the scarf and up to 3 yarn colours in the fringe.
- Toques can have 3 yarn colours in the toque and 3 in the optional pom-pom.
How many yarn colours do I have to choose from?
Our yarn colour palette includes over 50 yarn colours.
Can the yarn be dyed to match my organization's exact colours.?
We don't offer custom yarn dying services but our yarn colour palette includes over 50 yarn colours.

Our minimum order for custom scarves is 50 pieces per design and the cost depends on your requirements.
What is your turnaround time for an order of custom scarves or toques?
Our lead time is approximately 4 to 5 weeks from the time you confirm your order.
What are your setup charges?
We do not charge anything for design or setup.
What are the measurements and materials used for your scarves?
Our scarves are jacquard knit and made of high-quality 100% acrylic and measure approximately 62” long x 7” wide with 2″ fringe on both ends.
